Where do you deliver?

Please refer to our delivery link for the full list of suburbs, we generally deliver within a 10km radius of Ryde, NSW. If you simply just love our plants and can’t live without one contact us and we’ll do our best to help! 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can select the date you would like your plant gift to arrive! Next day delivery is cut off at 2pm the day before. Plant gifts all come in recyclable boxes with gift tags.

What time will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary between 9am and 6pm.

What if nobody is home?

If nobody is available to receive the delivery, we’ll do our best to find a safe spot to leave the plant gift. If we are unable to find a safe spot, we will have to return the plant to our base and a re-delivery fee may occur. If you have any special delivery instructions, you can let us know.

Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays?

We deliver on Saturdays, however not Sundays or public holidays.

Can I include a message?

Absolutely! You have the option to add a ‘gift tag message’ in the checkout section of our website, your message will be hand written on our 100% recycled gift tags from the amazing Sustainable Printing Co.

What payment methods to you accept?

We process Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and now Afterpay! For any issues regarding your order please contact danielle@simplesuccers.com.au

Can I order for a later date?

Well aren’t you organised! Simply contact us and let us know the date you would like to send the indoor plant and we'll look after the rest and create an order for you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are between $9.50 - $22 depending on location. If you are outside our delivery zone contact us for a quote. 

Can I order succulents and plants for corporate events or my staff?

Well aren’t you a great boss! Yes, we love sourcing and curating different plants and pots for staff and events. Succulents and plants are a great sustainable gift idea to brighten up any office desk or as a Thank You after a corporate gig, way better than a bag full of boring pens and flyers! Please contact us for more information, we can create a package that works for you and within your budget.
